To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Pocket Plaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate platform policies.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to display accurate pricing and product descriptions, unintentional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or stock discrepancy, Pocket Plaza reserves the right to cancel or decline affected orders with prompt customer notification.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 64 districts in Bangladesh, as well as digital payments via bKash and Nagad. When paying via mobile banking, orders will be verified using the provided Transaction ID (TrxID) before final courier dispatch.

Delivery timelines are typically 24-48 hours inside Chittagong and 2-4 business days for other districts. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are entitled to inspect the external parcel packaging upon arrival before handing cash to courier personnel.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent purposes, reverse-engineer proprietary code, scrape data without authorization, or disrupt server infrastructure. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be settled through amicable conciliation or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
